Hello, Clue fans! It has been quite a while since we’ve given you an update on the Who Done It documentary. Unfortunately, when you’re a super independent filmmaker like we are SUPER independent filmmakers, real life sometimes gets in the way and makes you put passion projects on the back burner. Such has been the case with the doc but we’ve been able to get some free time again so we’re back to finishing this movie up. And it is close. The final cut should be done by early June and then it’s post production time. Our music composer, Ryan Rapsys, has been doing an amazing job giving us a 100% original score that we know you’re going to love. We’re also currently on the search for a good (and hopefully not outrageously expensive) sound mixer to bring this baby up to code. Documentary sound tends to be all over the place since we ourselves film all over the place. And we’d like this to sound as good as possible. Know anyone?

Oh, speaking of “a long time ago”, the Clue screening we held back in December at the Frida Cinema went great! Costumes! Super fans! We captured as much of it as possible so you’ll see for yourself. Actually, if you take a look at the latest trailer, you’ll see a few of your new friends in the lobby giving us their best “flames on the side of my face” recreation.

Thanks for your patience. You guys have continued to send “Where the heck is this thing” e-mails and they are very encouraging. We love that you love Clue like we love Clue. Stand by. It’s on its way.

What’s the matter? You can’t read that HUGE graphic. We’re here to help. We’re just weeks away from the final cut of the Clue documentary but we would love to have some more Clue fans participate. How would you like to be one of those fans? Yeah? Great. Simply make a video telling the world why you enjoy/love/obsess over the movie and upload it to YouTube with the title “Why I Love Clue.” It can be as fancy or as simple as you like. Most of the testimonials we already have are talking heads in front of a camera and they’re wonderful. So go for it! And please do it as soon as possible, otherwise we’ll have to say “YOU’RE A BIT LATE FOR THAT!!!”
